Job Overview:
We’re looking for a high-agency generalist to work directly with the Founder and act as a force multiplier. You’ll be the central hub for driving key projects, streamlining operations, and ensuring high-quality execution across the board.
Your job is to keep the Founder focused on what matters most — bringing clarity to chaos. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and wants a front-row seat to startup building at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic growth initiatives.
- Lead and execute cross-functional projects independently.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and synthesise insights for decision-making.
- Manage key initiatives from idea to execution (e.g., GTM projects, process improvements, special ops).
- Work closely with the founder on fundraising activities — decks, data rooms, investor updates.
- Build internal systems: dashboards, reporting frameworks, OKR tracking.
- Prepare briefs, reports, and leadership communication documents.
- Solve first-time, ambiguous problems that don't yet have an owner.
- Drive alignment across teams, ensuring fast and high-quality execution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
🎓 Grad/PG from a top-tier institute (IIT/IIM preferred)
💼 4+ years in consulting, IB, VC/PE, or high-growth startups
🧠 Strong analytical skills and sharp business judgment
🗣️ Excellent communication and organizational abilities
🤝 Proven ability to work across business, tech, and sales teams
🌟 High ownership, bias for action, and a great team attitude
