Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our Business Development team. The intern will work closely with Business Development Specialists to identify and prospect Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) contacts, helping to drive our business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Research: Conduct research to identify potential ICP contacts across various industries.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update the database of leads and prospects using our CRM tools.
  • Outreach: Assist in the development and execution of targeted outreach campaigns, including email and social media engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development Specialists to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of prospecting activities and provide insights to the team.
  • Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to gain a deeper understanding of business development strategies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
