Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Manager who lives on the creative edge. Someone who can build BimaKavach into a distinct, memorable, and trusted brand across social media, PR, events, and culture.
This role is not about maintaining a brand book. It is about building a brand in the wild. You will own how we show up in conversations, moments, launches, and narratives. From social storytelling to earned media, from founder visibility to offline experiences, you will shape awareness at scale.
What You’ll Do
- You will own brand-led awareness across channels.
- On social, you will define our voice, formats, and creative direction. You will work with designers, writers, and creators to build content that is sharp, culturally fluent, and unmistakably BimaKavach.
- On PR, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape stories worth telling. Founder narratives, product POVs, category insights, and timely commentary that earns attention, not just impressions.
- On events and partnerships, you will conceptualize and execute brand moments. This includes industry events, community meetups, launches, and collaborations that put BimaKavach in the right rooms with the right energy.
- You will translate complex insurance ideas into simple, human stories that business owners actually care about.
- You will collaborate closely with performance marketing, product, and leadership to ensure brand and growth move together, not in silos.
- You will constantly test, learn, and evolve. Formats, hooks, platforms, and narratives. Speed matters more than polish, insight matters more than noise.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, communications, or content-led roles. Startup or agency experience preferred.
- Strong creative instincts. You know what will stop a scroll, spark a conversation, or make a journalist care.
- Hands-on comfort with social media and content ecosystems. You understand how formats, culture, and distribution actually work.
- Experience working on PR, earned media, or brand storytelling, either directly or through agencies.
- Ability to think in narratives, not just campaigns. You can connect dots across social, PR, events, and product moments.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration. You optimise for impact, not approval cycles.
- Bonus points if you are curious about AI tools for content, design, or workflows and already experimenting with them.
